blasphemy!!!

Things you will need:

Tool box with various tools ( duct tape will help you hold stuff to the bike)
Oil dry
Ear plugs
Thicker grips to cut down on the vibration ( if that will even help)
Tow truck numbers (or friends with trailers)
Chaps
Tassels on handle bars

Alright I give up...I didn't buy a HD Road Glide Ultra today...just wanted to see if this thread was worth coming back to...can't believe not one single comment on that...or back to the subject of the thread for a "second bike".

Dennis
did you for minute think that we would believe that you would buy that when you ride a thunderbird!!!! come on you may be silly but we give you credit for some brains:rolleyes:

Sneaky ... well done mate. Must have taken some effort , forging signatures etc ... 10 outo 10 for pulling that one off. Bet she's made some real solid friendships with the other people on the bus :D

Na mate was easy her car was registered in my name as is her new one :D
everything is in my name
legally it belonged to me but it was hers

Oh and i did buy her a brand spanking new one six months later when i purchased my Rocket which she loves but she has only put 22,000 ks on it since oct 2009 so she ended up better off in the end.
plus if i didnt replace the other one i doubt we would still be together lol

I didnt even have a bike licence when i got that first bike it was a 2007 honda vt750 shadow . I did the Qride course got my licence and then promptly wrote it off :D
lol
I told the missus i was thinking about getting a licence and that i was just going to have a look at some to see what they wher worth.
next thing i knew i had traded her car and ive been on two wheels ever since.
insurance replaced the 07 with the 08 model which i sold to a fella out at boonah
and then i purchased the rocket 3

True Storey;

I said to Cathy last year I would buy her a new car and get rid of one our 4X4's, then after that within 12 months I would buy another bike. On the way home from shopping on the same day we went into the bike shop (want say my first idea) and ended up seeing my rocket for the first time.

Cathy says, babe I would rather you get the bike it's some thing both of us would rather have. Took the beast for a test ride, fell in love, but reality didn't have the cash and as I'm off work on compo didn't want to get a loan.

That very night Cathy gets on the computer and applies for a loan and F**K me gets it approved 2 days later, needless to say Friday we had the bike. Top lady for so many reasons, but that my friends was the icing on the cake, said to myself, "This ones definitely a keeper", and haven't looked back sense.
