On mine it was the front of the bags that was sagging the sides and bottom were in good shape could not see how that the kit would really help mine so I went and got a sheet of plexiglass and sawed it out to fit let me know how yours comes out

I used galvanized sheet metal salvaged from from air ducts to fix my old bags. I just cut the metal to size a gorilla glued them in place.

After Allstate replaced my bags I have installed Flip's bag stiffeners to prevent saggy bags.

LES DARLIN, YOUR MY KIND OF GUY, I CAN FIX ANYTHING WITH DUCT TAPE AN GORILLA GLUE!!! HELL, ALL MY SOAP HOLDERS, AND OTHER SHOWER BASKETS KEPT FALLING OFF, SO REDNECK ME ,TOOK THEM DOWN AN THEM GORILLA GLUED THE BACK AN THEM BABIES AINT WENT NO WHERE!!!!!

I just sent my Thunderbird "panniers" to Flip for the "treatment", this way he can eyeball the Tnunderbird bags and make the stiffeners to fit (and for future work for Thunderbird type panniers if needed).
