Click to expand... The one piece seat has a latch mechanism on the underside of the passenger seat, so you need the right bracket on the bike for it to mate up.

Click to expand... No the bracket has holes in it that line up with the mud guard. Its a easy swap just make sure you get one with the drivers backrest on it.
