thanks for the heads up looks like I'm not the only one who has been having the problem. I was just thinking about straightening the sides this kit basically does the whole bag reinforcing the bottom also nice
flips got the fix for saggy bags.
He'll either send you the easy to install kit
or if you send them to him he'll recondition them,
install the kit and send em back
better than new.
Saggy bags happens to everyone once they hit 40..... I just bought a 6" thick toilet seat and that was enough for me to keep the boys dry problem solved
NOW SKIP AN STEVE OH YEAH YOU TOO JESSE....ALL YOU OLE FARTS HAS THEM THAT HIT THE WATER...MY DADDY SAYS THAT THE WATER IS COLD AN DRAWS HIS LITTLE WORM UP, HE AINT LYIN ABOUT THAT PART, I BATHED HIM IN THE HOSPITAL, AFTER I HIT THE MORPHINE PUMP FIRST...THATS JUST WRONG...LOL!
My brother used to say that swimming pools were full of spanner water - it tightened his nuts. I recken if you still have saggy bags after a dip then plexiglass might be the way to go.... or gaffer tape.

I have taken my saggy bags off sanded down and touched up rough spots on support railing put conditioner and re-blacked and installing plexiglass inside outside wall I will now have a set of hard black bags
I have a set of Flip's bag shape restorers inbound as we type... I use Maguire's on mine so the leather has stayed looking good / supple, but due to the amount of stuff I carry in them has gradually sagged to the point of being unsightly... looking forwards to restoring things to as they should be.
