I split some leather panniers and sold a pair of frames a couple of years ago for $70The stock Triumph saddle bag brackets are scarce, and quite pricey when you find them. Good luck.
.I have seen them locally on Gumtree but never bought as always wondered who would buy original frames with out the bags.
The aftermarket pannier frames with correct bolts, hole placement and size are only Au$150 here in OZ from Hinkley Triumph on eBay and generic that may require mods much less on eBay etc.
I just thought that if you flipped the racks upside down they would make a good luggage rack base for a topcase etc for a solo rider I wonder if you could have your HD type topcase and arm chair backrest?
