Saddle Bag Options for 2025 R3 GT?

Hello, I'm picking up my 2025 R3 GT tomorrow morning and am already thinking of customization options. First on the list is saddlebags. I'm considering the bags made by Triumph as well as aftermarket bags. The stock bags seem expensive and I'm wondering if they can be easily removed from the bracket for when I'm not using them and when I'm riding 2 up? I used the Hepco and Becker C-Bow panniers on my previous bike and they were about half the price of the Triumph brand and were easily removed. Anyone try these on the Rocket? Any other brands to consider?

Congrats! I've got the Triumph oem bags and brackets, and they work fine, but not perfect.
- Brackets not available in black (that I could find), and are bulky and noticeable, but are solid, great quality, and fold nicely. Easy to install (but be very careful with lock tumbler install steps).
- Bags quick mount works great, though slight bracket play. Bags would be better if they were all hard with mechanical lockable closures vs semi hard thin plastic and fabric overlay with zippers. Also the matte black marks easily and need TLC...but they work.
- The inner waterproof liners work well. The volume is small for 2 up travel, but can work for 1 (hotel trips). I unzip liners and use as removable carry bags, where their compression feature allows for larger volume capacity. One bag for layering riding gear, tools, cleaning supplies, and sundries. Other bag for clothing, toiletries, electronics (tablet not laptop). It is tight but doable for experienced bike travelers.
- Brackets and bags cost 2x what they should.

As someone who held off on buying the stock saddlebags for years I gotta say they are pretty nice. They integrate with the bike really well. The new 25L bags are solid in their construction. I have used them for a couple of tours and felt they were the best option with no compromises,

I've said it before and know there is someone here smart and capable enough to do it- we NEED copies of the three attachment points on the stock bags (3D printer ) that we can attach to any bag of our choice. That way we could use the stock brackets, which tuck away nicely when not in use, but with different bag choices. I have the stock setup and kinda-sorta like them, but another design would hold more gear more efficiently- maybe not quite as cool looking, but what the he11.

I’ve seen post where people put c-bow mounts on the new R3. It’s a huge bike. You should be able to get some decent luggage onto it.

Does anyone know if 3D printer material (I know there is more than one kind) would be strong enough? IF so, I may seek out someone to do this. The part you'd need to buy would be the top right pin catch (with or without a lock). Finding the correct size for that has been a challenge.

I have a 3d printer but only use a few materials, and they break from time to time doing no much.. 3d printer good for prototype not for real conditions like hauling 50 pound bags at 100mph... cnc the adapter will be better
