Rusty Chrome!!!!

:shock: How is the best wat to remove surface rust from chrome work :?: Left my bike outside under a water resistant Triumph cover for a month, took it off and it covered in the stuff!!!

Thats some tough luck Billy. If its just surface rust, try some Flitz or Wenol polish with a terrycloth. If its deeper, the harsher methods will be needed.

Try wd40 first bill your chromes not that bad yet

@OGMF that is a peactime soldier m8 - Professional Soldiers don't salute or wear insignia and if it shines paint it matt black

If you salute you identify your officers to snipers, if it shines it is going to be seen.

But keep everything clean and oil for the conditions (oil = polish, silicone, wax, wd40)

That was ment as a joke Nomad 8) Ofcourse you dont walk arround in a mission area doing those things. I was trying to describe the behavier in peacetime and especially under first education..On base...
