Here she is post engine strip, the old fella reckons it looked nicer with an 18" chrome wheel in the rear, and reckoned it went better with a blower vac as a donk........

Post reinstall, left all the chrome crap off while recommissioning as it was easier to check things with temp gun, check for leaks etc.

Kinda like the look of it without the chrome stuff hanging off it everywhere.

Here she is when I was putting the engine back in after bottom end rebuild.

That could be could be a number of things mate! I would be investigating further and throwing some more information up on here. Maybe worth opening up a thread for the matter. Heaps of knowledge on here, and plenty of members willing to share info!
I have already shared some info with other members with a similar problem and better knowledge of the mechanical end of the roadster than me....and it would appear that parts in the gearbox are to be exchanged which one is yet to be defined we shall find out in late fall.

What's the worst that could happen ahahahahah I could die I suppose, but at least I'll be a very happy man doing it

Best case in my mind is another catastrphic mechanical failure, I'll just strip it down again, buy a heap of beer, and fix the ****box . It's all made real easy when we have access to so much information on this wonderful forum!!
