Rocket Sightings
A couple weekends ago I saw a rocket around Bodega bay, Russian river area off hwy 1.

Anybody from here?

Today at 4:45 pm, east bound on NJ Rt 70 at the Cherry Hill/Marlton line. I saw a Black Rocket with bags, windshield and passenger backrest. Rider was ATGATT with full helmet. Anybody here? Would have chased him down, but I was on my way in to the hardware store.
 
Today, Tuesday 30 December 2014, at 3:35 pm. A Black Rocket, looked like a Roadster with bags and windshield, took the jughandle off NJ Rt 70 East onto Maple Ave heading north in Marlton. Rider was wearing a mostly yellow and black jacket and a white full face helmet. I was a couple of cars behind and turned south on Maple Ave. Anybody? Maybe same guy?
 
I know they exist but I haven't seen another Rocket here in Maine. Only one I have seen in the wild was a year ago in Yellowstone when I was fly fishing on the Madison. My hearing sucks big time but I heard its distinctive sound long before I saw it.
 
I saw my first rocket at least 8 or more years ago at the dealership in Daytona Beach. I thought they were cool then and still think they are cool now. Anyway, I have never had a rocket sighting since that point in time (except for the dealership when I bought mine.) I know they exist, but like the "Bigfoot" comment (funny by the way) it appears the sightings are rare. So I have either joined the ranks of a group of unique and special owners or a bunch of crazy people who are attracted to weird and one of a kind things! I just decided to Bedifferent.
 
I told a guy to go look at the tourings so we may see one in the future.
 
Seen 'in the wild'

...A Captain and pillion on a red classic heading north on loop 820 this afternoon around 3:30.
Sure hope you exited before that traffic jam a few miles ahead of you.
