Rocket 3R VS GT wheel Rim price difference - can anyone explain

My guess is that for the GT the entire rim is powder coated and that the powder coat on the rims spoke surface is just milled of and finished with a brushed finish surfacing.

Yeah......good point. ...The plot thickens.....

.....Who would have thought that recycled black powder coat dust could be worth so much by the powder recycling plant. ......Not me....
