Riding home from work

Cyclists are bad for that in this city, they will take up a full lane, or even two lanes and if you honk they get pissed at you, like what the hell are you doing driving a car on their roads, they are called the bicycult here, i had to go teach a riding course one day, and they wouldn't move, so i drove my bike right up the middle of the pack, they were pissed but no one said a word to me at the stop light. and Cabs here are mental, they will u-turn in front of you, share your lane, one got mad at a cyclist and ran him off the road right downtown, another one got mad at a longboarder and pulled his cab into the guy forcing him to hit the curb and guy on the board went head first into a light post and died there, cabby is up for 2nd degree murder on that, hopefully they nail him for it. I have a few pull out in front of me and then when you mention it to them its always, I didn't see you, to which it is usually Well if you would open your $%^^&%$ing eyes and actually look around you might see me.

Yup & getting worse every day

Yea, actually I hate em. I used to ride in large packs back in the day when cyclists knew how to ride in groups & still stay out of vehicles way...... Now days, there are so many of them & they are tar-tard's & they DO think they own the road. They ride 2 abreast & when a car is coming they won't file into a single line like we did back in the day. Oh for the good ole days.... I ride solo on non busy back roads only these days - Hell, maybe that's why that Lady tried to run me off the road, she probably thought I was one of them. looking back on it I shouldn't be mad at her!

Yeah, you were probably paying for someone elses douchebaggery.

I think the same thing happens to us motorized 2-wheelers too. I get a lot more rude cage drivers when I'm on my bright red FJR1300. People see it and think it looks like a hooligan bike when it's really just as much of a geezer bike at a streetglide.;)

"Share the road" seems to mean "get out of my way" to some people whether it's a Huffy or GSXR.

I was riding down a back road with a 40mph limit on a long straight section. A group of 15-20 cyclists were coming toward me and several of them were over the yellow line in my lane. I rode/stayed in the left 3rd of the lane and at first didn't think anything of it.
As we came closer & closer, I could see these asshats thought it was my responsibility to move to the far side of my lane, for what purpose I still can't fathom.
It would have been easy to give them the room; but my inner jerk got the best of me and I decided to test their resolve.
I wouldn't want to estimate the distance; but within five or six seconds to impact the stray "doggies" pushed their way back into the herd and out of my lane. Shooting the middle finger at me as I passed.
I can only imagine what respect someone driving behind them would have gotten.

Of course; I wouldn't have hit the clowns, but d*mn! Sometimes you just want to let people with such little sense of self preservation get what's coming to them.

I've seen it too many times to count and that's Zackly why I had to quit riding with the douche cannons! Sometimes when I'm in my 2003 Suburban Z71 4X4 & come up on them, even though (or because) I know some of them....... I have "bad thoughts" :whitstling:

Good for you not slapping his teeth out of his head, over the years I have "mellowed" out like that myself. Not worth the trouble of a dust up, I have still not broken myself completely from flipping an jack wagon driver off.
As a matter of fact I love telling Angry Cagers, that tried blowing around me, **** near rolling over me, how they are number "1" in my life
