well i wouldnt like to bump an alligator outa the way...

Going about 50-55mph a number of years ago on my jet ski in gator infested waters and at the last minute saw one just floating.

Could’nt go around him so I ran over him. When I looked back he slapped the water with his tail! I guess he didn’t like the power wash!

Had to turn around as there was a dam ahead and go back the same way,but he was gone this time.

Mostly the machines scared them but still when we fell off we got back on quickly.
:D

They can get ornery.

Looks like a Boudreaux joke caught on film!

Example:
The Accident

There was this Hell's Angel riding down the road on his motorcycle last winter. He was wearing a leather jacket that had a broken zipper. He finally stopped the bike and thought to himself, "Man, I can't drive anymore with the cold air hitting me in my chest." So he decided to put the coat on backwards to block the air from hitting him. He continued driving and came around a bend in the road, lost control and wrecked, coincidentally, right in front of Boudreaux's house. Boudreaux happened to see what happened, and called the State Police to report the accident. The Trooper on the phone asked him, "Is the guy showing any sign of life?" "Well," Boudreaux told him, "He was until I turned his head around the right way!"

While attending Signalman A school in the Orlando Florida i had a weekend off and decided to try out the base lake for some fishing. You could rent the fishing equipment from the base bait store. Got down to the lake and was surprised no one else was around fishing. Walked on out on a wood pier that was just about set at water level. Started catching some really nice bass. Hooked into a really nice fish and fought it for some time. Got it up close to the pier and out of the blue the water exploded. Next thing i know am sharing the four foot pier with about a five foot alligator. It was not happy to see me standing there. Took off running. Ended up paying for the gear rented. First and last dealing with a beast of that nature. Scared was a under statement.

i am beginning to wonder if it is safe to be around you:cautious::laugh::laugh:
