With respect to rotation direction...

I just got new Avon Cobras too. Both have a prominent Arrow indicating the correct rotation direction.

Exactly - and you hope that the guy mounting the tire pays attention to the arrow! Have dealt with enough folks that don't pay attention to detail that I like to check behind them.

I just used a spark plug remover socket, flipped it around backwards

Does Triumph spec some bolts to be replaced when all they really want is to control the type and amount (and maybe quality) of thread locker? Just wondering.
