I have found this OBD Link MX+ which can be used on the Rocket 3 GT to do what you wamt with the ECU. I found this as a guy in the US said it works well. Has anyone else used one are they ok..

I personally don't have a late rocket but have see a lot of people use this with great success.

I have the MX+ and I have used it several times on the bike. Works great and works on other vehicles like a champ as well.
