Recommend a bike lock for my RKT 3...

I use a padlock through the front rotor and a lanyard to my handles bar to remind me that the lock is on. I know someone that tried to drive away with his lock on (Kooler). Been doing this for years

I use a disc lock with an audible alarm built into it. ( JDC MOTORCYCLE Motorbike Disc Lock ALARM - Yellow ) Just make sure you get a strap to slip
over your handle bars to remind you to remove it before you pull away otherwise it's going to cost you money. I also use a a heavy chain on the back wheel. But as others have said, if they really want the bike then nothing will stop them from taking it.

I've never used a bike lock in my life other than the fork lock. I try to take other transportation when going to the "bad" parts of town in case I get in a rolling gun fight...too hard to hold the bars straight at high speed and still provide decent suppressive fire with the wife sitting on the back blazing away :D:D. This is also one of the reasons I chose the paint scheme I did for the Rocket. Skulls and spikes sticking out of the tank on a 2300 cc monster leaves folks with the impression that some big ol' nasty dude rides it. You should see the looks I get when my scrawny a$$ walks out and climbs aboard :roll::roll:

I leave the keys in mine , especially in bad suburbs. Got over 120,000 klms on it .. and agreed value insurance. I'd be a fool to deter anyone willing to push the lump of a thing away ..hahahahaha

Disclaimer .. Dear Shannon's Insurance ... joking ok :cautious:

you know whats even funnier than the stickers .... shipping to Aus $23.57 for stickers costing only $3.99US for a pack of 4, that measure 2.5 x 4 inches which of course would fit in a standard size envelope and cost 3 or 4 $ to send through std post

and $13.32 just to ship up to Canada. That is the main reason I rarely visit eBay any more. Those guys rely on making money on the shipping not the goods. Forget that.
