You evidentially don't know me. I will go out of my way to for a conflict.
They have looked at my bike 3 separate times for this problem and of course it has never done it for them. Realistically if it doesn't show up and stall when they ride their policy (or Triumphs) is keep bringing it in until it does. They would keep it and ride it when they have time. If it doesn't happen then what's to fix? That's their fall back. I don't have time for them to keep it for a month for them to try to find something that may not happen but if it gets worse I will have no choice. I told them about their civil liability and they agreed but when they ride nothing happens. This has happened intermittently to other members so evidentially it isn't just my Rocket. It's crap but I'm not up to letting them have my bike for months at a time although it may come to that. Lets hope not. If it does then I will be without a bike but they will not get me a new bike because mine stalls once in a while they would rather take the chance on a civil suit to Triumph than give me a $24,000 bike. Realistically, not much of a chance of me crashing because I know about the problem and they are willing to fix it if they knew what it does. Diagnostics show nothing. Of course it doesn't.
