Here you go Canberra here is mine, i found the fiber washer can't take the heat that were supplied they burn up so i got some mice fiber ones made of glass that work fine

Do you find the CF shield deflect enough heat?
Haven't got around to fitting mine yet, still playing with other things....

I'd doubt it would stop the 'slow roasted leg' .. still a lot of exposed header pipe there .. I could be wrong , but I don't think so .. unless your bikes run a ****load cooler than mine does.

Mizzy its a lot better than with it about the same as my mates x deavil
when moving works well when at the lights can feel a bit of heat but definitely much better

Thanks Tony and Pete. I've seen Graham's pics on the Reband site but they're not as clear. Is that the only shield they do?

Interesting thing about the pic of Graham's bike is the red bike with blower and Carps behind it. Ruzzle's stead if I'm not mistaken......

The fibre washer won't take the heat as Pete said. I'm guessing Ric has changed it a bit since mine cause that allows the screw to back out and on mine he tapped the holes right thru into the pipe. Hard to make a heat comparison, but in Sydney traffic in summer it wasn't excessive. Yep that's Ruzzles bike, took him along, someone had to do the work!!!!
