Reasonable Dealer Request?

My brand new GT had 10 miles on the clock, from a London dealer (mention no names) delivered to me with the engine management light on! Went straight back to another Triumph dealer who fixed it under Warranty. Running ok now, but cannot stop thinking about those 10 miles. :(
likely never did a 12min adaptation which could have caused the engine light to come on.
Hopefully it was not hammered to 7grand for those 10 miles, 🙈 or maybe it’s now properly broken in 🤪
they are remarkably durable/reliable plants.
 
During the covid shutdown, my dealer had the bike delivered - not entitled a hole, but due to the extended wait - he filmed delivery, unboxing, assembly, 1st start up and pdi ride. I think they call it Respect. £22,000 spent on a bike.
My supplying dealer are so large they don't have respect for anyone or any amount that's spent!
