If it still moves forward, (as long as I can talk over the noises coming from the insides) I don't need no stinking tow!

FYI, "Bevel-box" refers to the bevel gear in the final drive. The rotational energy must be turned 90 degrees from the drive shaft to the rear wheel. To do this the hardy yet intrepid boys in the engineering division used two (2) 45 degree gears in the final drive assembly. Since these gears are "beveled" (the inclination that one line or surface makes with another when not at right angles) in the final drive housing, it simply got referred to as a "bevel box."
