I need to keep this post bit of a serious one, I am trying to tally up all those attending and how much food needs to be ordered and costing. As much as I enjoy reading the chit stirring that goes on its making it a bit time consuming reading through the posts. I will put a list up of those that I know of and who's having BBQ and or Seafood, I only need to hear back from those who I missed or if something is incorrect.

I will pm the bank account details to everyone for monies to be deposited into, all I need everyone to do is when they deposit the money to please put their name as a reference so I know who has paid.

From the sounds of things it is going to be a great weekend spent with good people
Just have a bit more shopping to do as I have been chasing up the best prices I can get for everything, now to sweet talk the guys down at the fisheries to get a good deal for our seafood
