Friday Night BBQ & Saturday Breafast

Last things ordered for Friday night and Saturday Breakfast, there will be plenty to go round as we've catered for 50 people so breakfast is in the bag.

120 x Sausages, 2kg Bacon, Approx 70 X scotch fillet steak, 50 Bread rolls, & salads up the warzoo.

Now note to self don't forget to take out the freezer Thursday night and put in fridge to thaw, dumb arse.

Saturday Seafood Feast

Confirmation of seafood on Wednesday, as we have 38 for Saturday night definite and paid. I am looking for the best price but also want the best local caught quality, it's like trying to juggle 3 rockets without dropping one.

What we are looking at; subject to price and availability

Prawns 15kg mixture of Bay and Tiger prawns

Fish 4 X Reef Fish, wrapped in alfoil with goodies.

Scallops X ??kg couple of minutes to cook on BBQ

Calamari X $$kg couple of minutes to cook on BBQ

Seafood sauce, Lettuce, tomato, onion, coleslaw, & pasta salad.

We'll get fresh baked bread Saturday.
 
All this info before lunch time there goes my small lunch ya bugger now I am droooling and the tummy is rumbling I am going to have cook me a big lunch
 
Yep it got me going too mate but I had to settle for a cheese sandwich and lettuce, celery etc etc. no prawns here today. Ah well all in good time.
