apologies guys
I wont be able to make it after all due to some unforseen expenses. my female staffy got into a fight last weekend at the dog park she is fine but cost me a little having to take her to the vet on a sunday and then Thursday a stone flew up and cracked the window on melindas carolla and although we have full comprehensive insurense , Allianz insurance says we didn't select the no excess window replacement option when taking out the policy so the excess is more than the screen itself lol needless to say im now insured through a different company but ontop of a trip interstate is just to much for me at the moment so ill catch u all next year. cheers Mitch

I will certainly get down that way in the near future mate I intend to do a trip to Adelaide to see a few family and friends so when I do ill take the long way down and see you southern captains along the way

I can't believe this has happened....talk about poor timing.

Just got word earlier on this afternoon that the next contract I'm working on is in Chinchilla doing 100klm of shoulder widening on the highway.

Problem is it's due to start early August. I don't have any other details at the moment but I'm hoping the start date is September otherwise my plans for RDU are f**ked!

The roster apparently is 10 days on and 4 days off so at the very least I can hope for a miracle and the days off are that weekend.

Can't do anything now until I find out more.
