All sounding great, The Motel is a bit out of town. The car park at the Pub does have two entrances but its not a metropolitan area. Stayed there once and I was the most disreputable person there....... The dates look great for me, ride up fri 14th, a quick 700k day.

Motel better....??? Wouldn't have the Friday/Saturday night pub attendance hanging around in the parking lot....

Unless anyone has a very large dog they can take there with them.....????

I have the very large 40Kg + labrador but he would most likely knock over and lick anything he can run too. Including Rockets! :D Would have to get my towbar fitted and strap him to a skateboard or ten to get him there but! Anybody got doggie rollerskates? Four of them and a skateboard underneath might work.

Motel sounds good and I could then head North and catch up with a mate in Brissie.
I may even do a warm up run to see others in Port Germain in SA and Darwin first.

What ever the majority choose, I am up to sleeping in a hollow log ,bus sheds or just stay up for 3 days and sleep where I fall, or Motel, or Pub, pulling sentry Duty guarding the bikes but we need to decide in the near future to secure something

Me and the wife are keen. Let's get the location and date set in stone and we'll see how we go. We have our trailer and swag camping setup going on so well be right.

The most Suitable IMHO is
Spa Villas
2 bedroom cabins and 2 of these can sleep 4 with 2 king singles in one room and 2 bunks in second room
$180 per night based on 2 persons
$20 per night for each extra person
that's $55 per night each person if my maths are right
just a suggestion
a non refundable deposit of one nights tariff is required on booking.
Any other suggestions

Just to make sure, this is on the weekend of October 15th?
This has made it to Facebook now and a few of us are thinking of coming along to say g'day.
Is there any camping around the place as I usually travel with the dogs.
