Riding from Orange along Bylong Valley ... Should put me at Hexham around 11 on the Friday. Just for anyone wanting to share the last mind numbing run up, maybe lunch at Bulladella. Will be running back Sunday morning, probably Expressway, Hexham, Golden Hwy, Gulgong, Wellington to home. Been known to put lost bikers up at Lucknow going too or from, 700k up and back from here, a good day stretch. Any Southern riders welcome.

More than likely I will now be heading North on Friday I was planning on doing a trip to the Rellos in Qld but we are going up there in September (I don't want to wear out the welcome mat)Looks like a lot of guys are swagging it so unless someone has dibs on that spare bed pencil me in, Hexham is only an hour from Home so I could catch up there or at Maccas Heatherbrae,

Big ride mate, hope you make it and pickup some others on the way. RDU 14 i didnt have a ride partner from Gold Coast untill i met up with Ken just South of Sydney , bloody freezing morning that one.

I reckon I leave home on Tues/wednes to arrive Friday arvo. It will be a 3700km round trip. Longest ride I've done before is Adelaide to Darwin. I travel across to Canberra at least once a year, so I'm not that bothered by the distances. Though I did these longer rides on a thunderbird, I've only had the rocket for 2 months. I just have to work out fuel economy with the rocket for the trip........

Hans, are you bringing Ann to share your traveling castle? And no, I'm not looking for share accommodation. I'll have a swag and wing it maybe hotel/motel if I'm feeling flush and don't fall over near my bike and swag (from shear fatigue only of course)

More importantly will @HansO be bringing bottles of honey burbon ?

We can bribe Hanso with some nice cakes and pastry from Shoeys bakery in SW Rocks they also sell nice Byron Bay Coffee? maybe some Nimbin cookies as well
