I was going to suggest the Victorians and Tasmanians might like to follow the coast around to either Lakes Entrance or Cann river I would meet them there stay overnight and head of the mext morning and I could show them some nice twisty and scenic back roads thru Bombala, Wyndham, Candelo and Bega then over to the coast to Thatra and up to Bermagui that would make two decent days ride with out being to long. I thought you were keen to meet the guys coming from north Richard, I will leave it up to the you guys to sort

The northerners (Qld and Syd ) could always meet up out Bathurst way and come in via Canberra or Goulburn (good road from Bathurst to Goulburn all tar nowadays) then come down the Clyde Mtn.
Just a suggestion, either Richard or my self (depending on who go which way) could meet you at Bathurst and lead you down
Alternative route to the Clyde would be Bathurst, Goulburn, Bowral Fitzroy Fall down thru Kangaroo Valley the down to Batemans bay via Nowra and Princes Hwy

Just another thought the southerners could also meet up with the northern mob at Bathurst and then you could all come down the last leg together but the Run down the coast is pretty good especially if you take the detours I have pointed out
But if you have never been thru the Kangaroo Valley and seen Fitzroy Falls then I would suggest the southerners come up to Bathurst and join the northern mob

Lets see who's coming and when before getting too carried away about which roads. Still a fair way off. I will say that a convoy through Kangaroo valley would not be my recommendation. It is a must see/ride route for sure but best done at a leisurely pace. The road up the coast around Bermagui and the Bay is beautiful. Now that would be great run for those coming from the South. If the Northerners aren't coming down the coast then I'd recommend coming through Bathurst, Cowra and Canberra. Amanda's pretty keen on riding down herself so I'll either be leaving from here or coming through here. Long way off though so let's see how it pans out.

I tried to book online but I think the system can't handle that far in advance. Keeps saying to ring them.

Where did I say anything about anything about it being a race you would have to be an idiot to guide people who have never ridden thru there at anything but a Leisurely pace
As I said earlier these routes were just suggestions, it is all about making it a memorable experience no danger and even a learner can ride thru the Kangaroo Valley it is a beautiful scenic route and best taken slowly to be appreciated

It'll be a race :D open rural roads .
there is still plenty of open flowing roads but as you get close to Fitzroy falls (a 2 min walk from car park on main road and a must see) the road tightens up and then drops down into the Kangaroo Valley there is a nice pub and bakery there then you climb out the other side and down to Nowra and the coast then it is all decent flowing highway to The Bay
