Agreed, but that price seems ridiculous for one darn filter!
When I bought 2740s, it cost just a little more than that for 3! The use of a little more material shouldn't triple the price.
 
This was eating at my craw thinking of hurting my build with ram air and this is confirmed here by Penner so I’m glad I went with the k & n rx-3800, thanks for testing and sharing results of where ramair starts to suffer

When I got my first set they were $65, my second set was $85.
