Ramair > decat = Idle hunt

In my tune the 02 sensor is ON with a By-pass connector. The sensor if probably fried by now. Stepper motor is connected with linkage arm taken out. In any case, once the stepper is off the bike will only change idle as it warms up or when you throttle it. It's just a quick check test if you just disconnect it. It's not going to harm anything.

I did another 12 min tune. I think it maybe the cold weather in UK. It took 8 minutes for the fan to come on. Its seems ok now with a different tune )from thre Tuneecu Org site. I'll experiment a bit more when it gets warmer.

Thanks for all your input I now have an ordered list of things to do. when it warms up a bit.

If you have a tune that matches your current setup then you need to get rid of the O2 sensor turn the "F"ing thing off. Forget the 12 min tune.

Set your TPS at .64v and the ISCV at .76v - make sure your throttles are balanced 100% and your idle speed is no less then 850RPM in Tune ECU.

If you are still having problems check for vacuum leaks - vacuum hoses and injector seals at the manifolds and function of the ISCV.

Finally check your L/T leads on the coils, assuming your plugs are new.

Good luck..
