Ram Air install running poorly

I installed a Ram Air on my 05 Rocket and did the 12 min tune after the fan kicked on, finally got time to take a ride and bike runs really badly, it stumbles on low end and cuts out at certain RPM range. Anyone have any insight on where to start looking for the problem? Thank you

I don't recall pulling any vacuum lines for the install, where should I take a closer look?

All under the tank there is a junction and each throttle body has a plug that should be in place. All they have to do is be leaking. Also if you change the lines out they have to be exactly the same length as the old line. Did you get the two sensors in place? Did you buy the whole kit or just the filter?
