Radiator leak

Must be very careful with aluminium as too much heat will result in a whole lot melting away without much notice.

You need to keep the flame moving and at a fairly low heat. I did burn through a little when I first started but easily filled it with the rod. If you clean it properly as per the instructions you get with the rods it makes a great permanent repair.
I cut open a coke tin and practiced on that until I was confident with it.
A new radiator £400. My repair £12.

Nice work Mike and the coke can she defantly is thin to.
Im hearing ya on the cost.
Mine was around $600 aus PWR
