that was the problem i had with the GT, but if you have a really good pull, and clutch in just before the speed limiter kicks in the momentum will take you faster

After installing a full Brock's titanium exhaust on my zx14 I flashed the bike, which removed the speed limiter, making it possible to splat myself even more thoroughly.

...after i installed my tune i had this to 240kph with lots of throttle left...i had caught the superduke i was chasing and buttoned off.....my new Triple black has a similar tune now ....so should be able to achieve a good top speed too....when i get it back that is!

I had my Honda Blackbird to 162 mph, it was still sweeping the needles at a good rate, when I remembered the tires were 5 and 8 years old, and backed off. I think with the aftermarket exhaust and being supposedly dyno tuned, it would surpass the stock top speed of 178 mph
