Raa 9 2014 ?????

Where to for RAA 9 2014

I don't know about this "Oouray, CO" destination...on the list of things to do under M they list Mountain Biking and Mountaineering...nothing about Motorcycling.

I'm not going to worry if there isnt good riding in Ouray.... the ride getting there is going to be more than good enough for me.



I know this has nothing much about Ouray but trust me there is a lot of goooood riding in this part www.sugarpineranchrally.com check out the million dollar highway

Mully...that is a good point...it's a long ride and just the trip to get there will probably be worth it.

I am going to see how my schedule works out next summer and hope that I may actually be able to make this one.

I made the infamous "Nashville" one back in 2007, thought about some of the others but ended up working over in Afghanistan two more times. I took my truck up to our gathering (on the spur of the moment as I was in Florence, AL) to the one in Dogpatch or whatever the name of that one was in 2011.

So we'll see.

try the sugarpine ranch rally greatest riding anywhere from mountains to desert in a few miles go to san juan skyway map
 
I think Ouray will be a fine place.
I also think that spring, June 9 - 14, may be too early in the season for the Rockies and also for some of us traveling from the north.
Why not a later date that is in the summer?
Just my thoughts,
