I'm interested in everyone's input. It's time for new tires. I got about 14,000KM on my stock Metzlers.

I was thinking about going to the Avon Cobras or Michelin Exedras.

I have a 2014 Triumph Rocket III Touring with the ECU unlocked, RamAir and TORS so a chunk more than stock power.

Thoughts please?

I know it's been beaten to near death in the past, but I want to ensure there isn't any fresh opinions.
I bought my 2013 r3t used the previous owner ran low air and the front was chewed up at 2000 replaced with Metz and have 4700 miles and maintain my tire pressures and it looks new

I got every mile out of this one, last couple of hundred miles were scary getting home. I worried about the 15 miles to the dealer to get it changed, trust me.

The edges are like new you must be pumping the tyre up to 100psi or riding in a straight line most of the time ,my tyres wear on the RHS almost as much as the middle from all the roundabouts here :banghead::banghead:

Oh been there done that one. Found it 50 miles outside Reno Nevada...

I have only used the Bridgestone Exedra max tire since I replaced the OEM mets. I get around 13K out of them and can't seem to bring myself to try a tire that gets less. I change tires now almost twice a year it seems and dang they are not cheap. Exedra Maxes are less expensive than most but, still, they hurt the wallet

No shame, I live in the flatlands, a regular grid of N-S, E-W roads, it is what it is. And I do a lot of distance/interstate riding.
