R3T derestricting

Hello,

I too, would like to do this on my 2016 R3R. Is there a step by step guide anywhere?

Just a touring owner here....from what I understand, the touring derestriction tune gets the touring model back nearer to the classic or roadster stock numbers. Cannot expect 30hp gains on roadster without $$$!

Engines are identical, both have the same potential, strictly programming.

The R3T stock or slip-on tune is available for download on the TuneEcu site.

Free4all is correct. The tune discussed in this thread is only for the R3T.
The ECUs are different and require a different flash. Also, this tune (as stated in the title of the thread) is to remove the power restrictions of the stock tune of the Touring; and return it to classic/standard/roadster power.

This is all new to me. Can my dealer give me a derestriction tune when I go in for my 1000km service ?. R3T-Too I tried the link but it does not work. It says obsolete ? I have a new 2016 R3T and would love to boost her up.

The dealer will not install custom tunes.
The link is working for me. I don't have any clue as to what would cause it to say "obsolete".

There is a thread called "tuneecu for dummies" that helped me figure out what to do. Do a search, then a bit of reading.
