I reckon most of that could be repaired and not replaced.
Yep but costs a bomb too! The RH pannier is really a write off except for internal parts and latch. The badges on pannier and tank totalled and bottom pannier is cracked/split wide open and deformed at rear. I have bent the front fender back and may put a tip of some kind to disguise. The bearclaw has to be stock as a repairable write-off to get back on the road and by reducing the obvious rashed bits it makes it more feasible and used parts or even new bits help reduce the overall 'rat wreck' to 'shabby chic' look I think they call it

All the essentials have been found now, plus a few accessories.
For the rest of optional accessories etc it is just a rummage in the Tardis.
