Great, when you lift the tank, you'll be able to re-route them along the frame and dress them in really nice!!!

I am clear on the right hand side on the left hand side I am hope I can just move them out the way to get every thing working it will be a little while before I get it done I am limiting myself to only one accessory per month I have already got the tors for this month with another month coming up I may just wait until summer to get the alarm I really dont need an alarm I hardly used my last one but I liked having the option. I may just go with a seat first

Go with the seat. Of course you could always use a poor mans alarm and tether yourself to the scoot. Then if somebody pulls off you'll feel that "gentle" pull and can run to the rescue of your "fair maiden" !!
