The wheel is very bright and clean except for a slight gouge on rt side

They are the bolt on variety, sorry. But they are perfect in the box new!!!

I go down to the shipping store and buy a box and wrap it up and send it to you. The last wheel I sent out cost $50 to ship. I'll pay for the box. Send me a private message and give me your shipping info and I'll give you my mailing info to send a check for $149 or we can do PayPal
