@trapper, I am not a specialist but your dyno curves look like the secondaries are still choking both bikes. You will need to remove them or have them switched off electronically, i.e. by using tuneboy.
On my 2014 R3R the original crossover pipe is actually the same like the one on the Touring, so I don't think it accounts for the difference in hp. If I would stay with the TORs, I would order that replacement crossover pipe, too - but I will rather have a full exhaust system with headers.
