Looks like Patrick has simply cut off the section where the EZ brackets would normally go on all 4 posts and possibly cut the KDrive bracket spacers down too. nice job @albertadukeSo you used the original spacers that Mittzy supplied between the rear fender & the QR sissy bar & you used different washers or spacers between the QR sissy bar & the K-drive brackets?
Any chance of measuring the width of the spacers you used & the length of the new bolts? I'm a bit worried that they're going to stick out too far. The rear of the bracket already sticks out 50mm.
I had a hell of a time trying to find button head bolts with the correct thread when I put the K-drive brackets on. (I bought the saddlebags & brackets 2nd hand with no bolts).
