Hello,

what kind of mod did you have to do? I've ordered CS4 bags, but have yet to determine what I wanted to do regarding QR brackets. I know Easy Brackets will mount right up, but I've heard various reports about them. Any pics you could provide? I know the K-drive is now CS4, from what I've read here?

Bob I changed the bolts for longer ones I cannot take pics till tomorrow can you wait that long I am on a looong trip , did vancouver , montreal , P E I , back to Halifax then Boston where I am currently going west as of saturday till I hit spearfish but tomorrow I will snap pics for you and post them( bike is in a locked garage )

Thank you, no rush as the bags are custom and they're on vacation. They won't even ship until the end of July. Much appreciated

These are the 102C. Aluminum reinforced and lockable. I liked the way they followed the contour of the rear. $370 shipped to US. Can't beat that with a club! Didn't purchase a mounting system yet. Awaiting Mitzzy's QR brackets to see what may work or won't. I know the EZ's will, but may look for other options.

Thanks Mittzy!

received the brackets yesterday and just put them on. Great quality and works a treat!!!

bob ..
these are the pics as best as I can do in the dusty dark garage.
I changed the bolts to keep the bags as close to the fender as possible yet still maintaining a straight line for the bags holder and removable bracket. I tried various length bolts , shaved some length on the spacers and found the right way to maintain the bags straight and as close as feasible.
you will have to experiment to find the right length for bolts and spacers I only spent just an afternoon playing with bolts and spacers if your bags have the click on mounting like mine that is all you have to do

So you used the original spacers that Mittzy supplied between the rear fender & the QR sissy bar & you used different washers or spacers between the QR sissy bar & the K-drive brackets?
Any chance of measuring the width of the spacers you used & the length of the new bolts? I'm a bit worried that they're going to stick out too far. The rear of the bracket already sticks out 50mm.
I had a hell of a time trying to find button head bolts with the correct thread when I put the K-drive brackets on. (I bought the saddlebags & brackets 2nd hand with no bolts).
