I was surprised to find that my Dodge Magnum Hemi came with conventional spark plugs (2 per cylinder). I changed them at 150,000 miles just cause I was afraid I might not get them out. The new ones were 68 cents apiece. Should now last the life of the car. The 5.7 L hemi makes about one horsepower per cubic inch much like the Rocket. I think if you have two plugs you might not need all the wizardry.

There is diminishing returns with spark plug technology as it moves forward but there is still room for improvement. A lean mixture needs a greater spark for ignition. Until there is a 100% efficiency there is always room for improvement. It's true the improvement may be negligible, but spark plugs have been around for 100 years, the plugs today I assume are better than the ones made a century ago. They both made sparks.

The reason I installed these plugs was for the lifetime warranty. If these plugs fail they are supposed to be replaced at no charge. I hope the company is still in business so I am not stuck holding the bag.
