Public roads arnt race tracks

This raises some interesting questions. The most interesting is why this moron would choose to upload a video of himself being so f*cking stupid. Perhaps he had some enlightenment when his thick head hit the ground and he published it as a warning to other idiots? On another point, what do you reckon all the people he passed had to say to him when they caught up to him lying on the road?

He's lucky he landed the way he did. I was the first responder to one of these ******-rocket riders who had to be doing better than 90 mph in a residential area. Luckily, he was the only one seriously hurt (and it was serious)...thought he was gonna die right there in front of me. His leg was twisted like an elephant trunk all curled up and he had broken both arms and shoulders. His bike became a missile, shooting diagonally across the median into two oncoming lanes. It was a good thing there was no traffic. While his bike became a missile, he became a tumble weed, spinning sideways and bouncing off the ground several times before coming to a stop about 40 yards from the site of impact with the car he hit. He was unconscious and not breathing when I ran up to him. He started gasping for breath as he came to and I called 911. I advised that they better mediflight him out, because I didn't think he was gonna live very much longer. I found out later that he survived...this was about 3 years ago and I'm sure he's probably still trying to recover, doubt he'll ever be able to walk straight, much less ever get on a bike again (the latter of which is fine with me). I don't care if these guys don't place any value on their own lives, but they put everyone else's lives on the road in danger.

First, it's a sport bike, not a "******-rocket". Calling it that is like calling your Rocket a "Fat Slow Cruiser".

Second, yes he is an idiot for riding like that on an obviously unfarmiliar road.

How many of you can honestly say you've never seen north of a ton on public roads? Yes I know, cruiser riders are supposed to hate sport bikers, but the reality is anything on two wheels can has and always will be riden way beyond the legal limits on public roads. As a father and husband I'd mutch rather young men who feel a need for speed go solve it on a sport bike than in a sports car, far less risk to the rest of the public.

Over 50% of all motorcycle accidents are single vehicle accidents.
