Probably need to spray with wd40 and supper glue back to gether.

Maybe after a clean & then spray with wd40 they're be good to go ....not the cut in half on though
Just seems like nothing was worn...done 87,000 k's on that one though

I tried to knock the **** loose on mine. But it was stubborn. I'm still trying to figure out how the trash gets in them. Although I've only changed one in each bike. But I do shim mine diring installation.
