My guess is that it is going to take a long long time to get it down to minus 45 degrees.:rolleyes::roll::roll:
if it should get down to -45 i will find a harley davidson guy to put a match to it to see what happens.

Low and behold, no more pressure and bike runs a bit smoother at idle....

So i guess if we think our bike is idling a bit weird we could loosen the filler cap and see if it smooths the idle out?...then we may have a clue to what's up....Interesting thread..
 
Just want to point out, even with stock cap, and stock fueling system in Hawaii with the EVAP system in place it built some pressure.

All I know, the problem is gone now and it hot starts and idles better.
