preds on a Graphite

I like em. Reminds me of the overly expensive Jet Hot Coated Hooker Headers with Borla mufflers I put on the Super Gas Car....loved the sound and they looked real nice too. I wouldn't care about performance if they look this good....:D...SB.

A little plug...........I have the Jet-Hot Sterling on my Bonnie on the custom bent headers and it was the best investment both in heat transfer and looks for the price, I've ever made. I went with Jet-Hot because of the guarantee and the turn around time and I wasn't disappointed at all.

After some thought, yes Flip, I do think Triumph could have mass produced atleast the header portion running to the cat box like this, rather than the row of men's restroom plumbing :) Look at the header systems on the sport bikes. The Tiger, the Sprint, the Speed Triple. They didn't come with "logs", they came with a tuned header system made out of ? stainless steel.. :) If they wanted, they could have even put the exhaust covers, or guards on these.. still had the cat box underneath and the same mufflers..

Oh well.. I'm *****ing and I'm still running the log too.. lol

I'm seriously considering having my 'log' Jet-Hot coated.......No no, the log on the bike not my personal log.

It's amazing how Hombre's term aptly describes the exhaust plumbing.

ok, well I'm running no supertrap discs and wide open like Sam reccommends... I don't think they are louder then Jardines at all, in fact I can finally ride without my earplugs if I choose, but when I had Jardines I HAD TO have them in with my full face helmet or it hurt.

sound is different, and honestly its more muscular and well I'll try to do a sound file but I doubt it will do it justice... catch me on my ride from Augusta to South dakota...
that is if you can keep up..

more pics in the album,
they actually work pretty good and were easy to mount and wire... I removed a radiator screw and used it to hold the chrome lights in place...
switch went into the side panel.
used them on my 420 mile trip, and was really thankful to have them in the dark pouring down rainstorm/monsoon ride home
15 bucks, 50 watts and they don't look that bad in person....
don't mind the bike its filthy since my saturday ride... gotta clean it up good

I loved riding the Dragon and wished I could have stayed longer instead of just passing through, But that being said the mountains of North Georgia, Suches and a place called TWO are just as much fun, less LEO presence and less overall traffic I think..

The rocket handled the Dragon well, I have progressive HD's in the longest size, and used the bikes tourque and ground clearance to power through all the curves with ease.

---Do you get in bed before a bath at night? Rode hard and put away wet EH.

after the 450 mile trip and 375 being in the rain, yeah she got parked wet and nasty that night, and I went out and cleaned her up the next day.......

I don't like them dirty either, I just don't keep it bike show clean.....

more clean enough to tell if something is dripping, leaking or loose, scratched or chip, she don't look bad in the clean photos...
