On my 2011 Roadster,behind the top of the left-side shock, there is a electrical Plug or Connector, coming out from under the seat. It seems to be one of the several 'eyelet' electric leads attached to the + and - posts of the battery? Is that correct, and what is the lead for? Can I remove those eylets and the plug/connector from the battery posts, or are they/it necessary for some reason? Electrical Gurus - Please chime in! Thanks!
Yes it probably is - although I did not order a battery tender(oem Triumph) with the bike - I will install a CTEK battery minder/charger on my Roadster's battery. From my research on Google the CTEK appears to be a better unit than the Triumph tender anyway. Thanks.
