2011 Rocket 3 roadster
Heya ...I'm looking for some advise on the rather polite nature of my 2011 R3 roadster's exhaust sound. I wonder if there are any ways to increase the low end rumble and a bit of "presence" to the 2300cc monster between by legs...I mean why be humble (or polite) when you got it you should let the world know. Right? I know there are some fine aftermarket pipes, but is it really necessary to invest the $? Are there any "hacks" for the stock pipes? Thanks!

A set of TORS would cost around $500. Keep your stock cans intact; you never know when you might need them and they cost $1800 to replace. That's Aus prices but you get the idea.

Some exhaust shops around here drill the baffles out with a modified hole saw.
You will then need the TORS tune as this process removes the catalytic converters.
A bit rough tho if that's the way you want to go.

Something is in the wind. We have been working on several systems. Health and wreck has put hiccup in production, but really there is an affordable system coming form Deep South Texas. look for my exhaust posts they were in reference to the touring version(that is what I was ridding) but new R&D has aversion for 08-14 Roadsters. Thanks for patience and interest. Ride when you can, always be safe.

Thanks for the response...I'm new to the site and couldn't seem to find your your previous posts...can you send me the link?

Here are the updated pictures and the system for the Roadsters form 08-15 will be similar keeping the dual mufflers either your OEM, TORS or if you like we are looking at modifying your OEM mufflers. Remember this is on my Touring but I will be mounting the Roadster OEM with the modification we are going to offer for OEM mufflers. I do have a video clip of this set up OEM manifold, our crossover and High Performance Mufflers with removable baffles.

Thanks Johnny B09T

Hey Michaelz I have now a sound clip of my Touring and if you send me a text to nine five 6 two eight nine 9 nine zero six I will forward it to you have sent to several others and real positive feed back.

I'm definitely no expert but what I've picked up from reading other members posts in regards to exhausts etc just because it sounds good doesn't necessarily equate to improved performance , where as tuned length headers like the CES will get you performance and sound gain , someone slap me if I'm wrong .
