Phone / GPS ram mount

I have one similar, but not that one, it works fine with the phone alone, but is too thick when it's in the otter box case and pops out.
 
Quad lock...best mount imho, there is a ram mount version as well as different handle bar or mirror mounts.

I was really asking about and what to use to attach to bike ...like a stem or arm to locate behind fly screen...not simply secure device but how to locate device there...thx
 
I have done a GPS mount in the center just behind my giant fly screen that I feel is the best, most stable I have seen.
I will post some pictures and explanation tomorrow.
