I am interested in NEV Cams and TTS Supercharger. I was wondering how to obtain those items in the USA. If the items aren't available in the USA, I will only be limited to K and N Filters, Tuneboy, and Jardine Exhaust. What kind of performance will I get with the latter?

With triple K&Ns, tuneboy and Jars and a dyno tune you can expect hp to be in the 150's.
