Here, Lacquer is a 2 part paint, just color + thinner, that can come as a base color or a clear coat, but is not even the same animal as polyurethane enamel. So, lesson learned. My bad.

This may prove useful as it list colors by year for 6 different Rocket 3 models with at least 5 paint combinations and codes listed for Classics but they only list Phantom Black Pearl for 2010 - 2016 Roadsters. Some codes sourced from here as well -

If you are looking for a small touch up kit, see your local dealer. They can supply the small automotive size retouch paint kit. The touch up kit part number is T3120330 followed by the Triumph paint code (ex. Sapphire Blue is T3120330JM).
