Fred I have the cover but not the manual that goes in side I thought that was so you could put a organiser diary in it so that is what I use it for .... and yes I want to keep it .... Sorry

PDF is OK, sure appreciated the download....but...a hard copy would be nice. Not sure if Office Max will print it out or what it would cost.
That being said, when I first start up I get a clicking like valves, but it goes away when it warms up. At my 30,000 they had to do one of the valves, do not remember it doing it b4.

Upon the suggestion by Dave (Scott in exile) I contacted Bob (baggage 1). Turns out he had an extra manual which he sent me free of charge !
